With over 20 years in sales and marketing and 20+ years in the direct sales industry, I’ve seen firsthand how Sales Directors struggle to keep everything organized while still building a thriving unit.
That’s why I created Pink Sync: a website + CRM system designed specifically for Sales Directors. From recognition boards and consultant resources to studio booking and rental tracking, Pink Sync reflects the real needs of units and studios — not a generic agency package.

Hi! I’m Mindy Cook — the founder of Sterling Rose Marketing, with 20+ years in marketing and nearly two decades of hands-on experience in the direct sales world. I understand both sides of the equation: how to build a brand that shines online, and how to duplicate systems that help teams grow.
