Subscription Terms & License Agreement

Beauty Branded digital content subscriptions (including the Content Spark Pack, Glow-Up Monthly, and all related digital products) are owned and operated by Paratus Branding LLC, DBA Sterling Rose Marketing & Communications (“the Company”).

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Recurring Billing

This is a recurring monthly subscription. Your card will be charged automatically each month unless canceled.

2. Release Schedule

All subscription content is released on the 10th of each month.
Your subscription begins with the next scheduled release, regardless of sign-up date.
Each monthly payment provides access to one content pack.
Content is not prorated or back-issued.

3. License & Usage Rights

All content is licensed for your individual business use only.
You may NOT:

• Share

• Forward

• Reproduce

• Transfer

• Resell

• Upload to shared drives

• Provide materials to other individuals or teams

• Distribute in any form

All materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Paratus Branding LLC, DBA Sterling Rose Marketing & Communications.

4. Non-Transferability

Your subscription access and delivered content may not be transferred or shared with others.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the content, all sales are final.
No refunds will be provided for any reason.

6. Cancellation Policy (7-Day Notice Required)

You may cancel at any time.
Cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days prior to your next billing date to avoid renewal.
Cancellations submitted within 7 days of renewal will take effect for the following billing cycle.
No refunds will be issued for late cancellations.

7. Access Termination

Subscription access will end if payment fails or if the subscription is canceled.

​

8. No Guarantee of Results

Results depend on your own implementation and consistency.
The Company does not guarantee specific growth or outcomes.
